Here's an RC Car rack I made with some left over wood and Amazon pipe shelving brackets (12"). I like the way it turned out and cost was about $35 for the shelving brackets.

Nice collection there. Alot of discontinued items bringing back memories in that pic.
Thanks...been out of the game for 10 years and I didn't realize how many companies are no longer around.

I agree. Nice and clean display. I got distracted looking at the bobble heads wondering if they bobble when the music is on.
Thanks! They actually do but barely noticeable...not enough bass from that speaker.

That's awesome! Looks great and it's very space efficient.

I keep seeing people talk about the jato. How do you like it?
I have a Jato that I will be rebuilding this winter. They are FAST. The fastest RC in my collection probably, with our 6s Kraton being the only one that could even remotely give it a go.

But, due to their speed, they can be fragile. I mean, no RC is going to withstand a crash at the speeds they can produce, but I have had some light crashes that have broken parts.

My favorite thing about it is when you hit 2nd gear, and the engine hits its powerband and starts to scream, it is a blast to be at the controls. Really fun cars.

I should probably master the xmaxx first 🤣

Yeah, the Jato is a handful. You basically can't turn it while at speed. When accelerating hard, your front tires are barely on the ground anyway, and that is about anywhere through the RPM range lol.

I was blown away by how fast the xmaxx is. My buddy who races rc cars wants me to get a nitro car.

I liked the Jato BUT I would always find myself driving the Revo much more. Like others have pointed out the Jato is fun in straight lines but can get a bit squirrely.
