Shock problems

Hey everyone I have been have trouble with the caps popping off my shock is there away to get them to stop popping off?:\

The truck is a monster gt.

Sounds like you are overfilling the shock oil or running too thick of an oil. You may have worn out the caps.

If they have popped off once, they will pop of more easily each time. I'm with scrogg, too full of shocks or too heavy of oil. Or, too big of air.
