Scx24 barrage motor upgrade

I just swapped to the barrage motor.... now I have 0 movement steering, drive nothing, lights up but won’t move at all?

this is a all in 1 board.. look at board see if you can see any test locations and a schematic of board..check wires to main board. I dont have any 1/24 scale sorry can't be of anymore help.I do have a electronics degree and 40+ years of rc life..check battery check micro switch..might take some doing . hope you have a vom meter. voltage ohm meter..
