i have a savage xl with a venom vr3t transmitter with 4 channel receiver. i was out running it today and everything was fin til i broke the suspension. fixed that and went to run it again, turn on the truck and the steering reciever twitches the whole time and failsafe kicks in. i am wondering if its radio, reciever, or crystals. any ideas? thanks

First, recharge the RX battery in the truck. Next, check the connetions to the RX by unplugging and reconnecting the servos and battery to the RX. Then try to re-bind the radio to the RX.

i charged the truck fully yesterday and i puut new batteries in the radio showing full charge. i switched all the connections in the reciever and then put them back to the way the directions show. still doing the same thing. the servos are just going crazy. how do you bind the radio again? i am wondering if its a bad crystal?

Is your radio an older crystal type? If so try and reseat the crystals in both the TX and RX. I'm not really sure of the binding procedure on the Venom radios if it is a 2.4GHz.
