And strapping it down to a tmaxx. I think its a good idea and "it can be converted to any flamable liquid". I'm pretty sure I can rig some type of servo controlled valve for a propane bottle. I'm just curious if anybody knows anything about something cheaper than $120 shipped? I mean, its a sick idea, and I have the money, i would just like it to be a little closer than australia.

P.S I plan to strap it to a roller, maybe a tmaxx or losi something. I don't know yet, but it would be offroad.

that is one of the pulse jet homemade jobs. they take a leaf blower to start, and are pretty finiky to keep running.

That things gotta be 2 and a half feet long aye. Good luck putting it on anything less than 1/5th.
I also think if you managed it would be a one time deal, so make sure the lens cap is off the camera.......

I would be ultra concerned about some sort of failsafe function. If you do manage to get it all hooked up right please just take it out to the middle of nowhere to test it. If you lose control of fuel delivery you're literally going to have an out of control rocket that has plenty of potential to do a lot of harm to both property and people. I'm all about experimenting with stuff. Just make sure you are doing things in a relatively safe manner.

well, i don't want to buy it off ebay, i want to buy it from a reputible dealer. I own a huge field, so I have 2 quarters of land to let 'er rip on. I want to try it, I do realize the risks and will try my damndest not to hurt anybody. Well it will be me within a mile raius, so i think i'm good. Don't worry, i will do it in the safest manner possible. And alpine, i would still watch your back...

Get to the LHS, get some Class EE model rocket engines, and a roll of duct tape. safER, and only about $3 a piece, and the heat from it wont melt your entire rig.
