An Axial Ryft just might suit your needs here. Just know that there are a few design flaws that can be remedied pretty easily. I had one for a bit and it would fly over roots and bumpy areas.
Yeah and that's why I've been looking at more of a Bomber, Wraith, ECT over the Ryft, Because of what I've read about them

If your willing to upgrade them a bit they can be really fun. My 2 speed worked just fine. I built mine as a kit though and put a castle copperhead and holmes hobbies 2700kv puller pro.

Well I wouldn't mind building a kit, But I didn't realize the Ryft came in a kit

H10 Optic also a great choice, although a bit smaller than the ryft. Honestly the ryft is overpriced for the amount of upgrades need for durability. Here is my H10 Optic

Sadly, they discontinued the kit version. You may be able to find it on ebay.

What kind of speed does the optic have? Cause that's really one I've had my eyes on

That depends on what motor/esc you put in it. I put a castle 2280kv slate motor in mine and upped the pinion a tooth. For me it has enough speed. I'm sure you can get away with a higher kv 540 motor, but just keep in mind that with the diffs being locked you will traction roll alot more at speed.

Yeah I'm not wanting all out speed, I have my DB48 for that But I'd like to have enough for Small jumps and bouncing over debris ECT..

That's what I love about my TRX4 sport. I can unlock my diffs remotely and get away with much higher speeds when just bashing around and then lock them when I get in a tough spot. I used a castle copperhead, so you can switch between "Rock Racer" mode and "Crawler" mode. Rock racer mode disables the drag break.

Yeah I love my TRX4 and will never get rid of that one

If i were you I would look out for local deals, but wait til spring for a new rig. It's hard to tell what will be released over the next couple months.
Oh yeah that makes sense I wasn't thinking about new releases. Are there any rumors on who's coming out with any?

I'm down to think about an element Kit So I can bump up the motor size to get a little bit of Speed, A Vanguish kit or A Ryft kit. That's the 3 I'm looking at. Which one of these would fit the bill the best? Likely going with Kits so I can speed them up just a little by whatever I want to put in the.

Oh and I also meant to show y'all I do have this small section of Rocks that's not inside my Wooded area.

The ryft is no longer available as a kit.

Th H10 would be a great choice if you want a little more speed

The element builders kit could go either way depending on what you want to turn it into. You could build it for crawling or convert it to an Ecto-style for a nice trail rig. (That would make it stand out from your trx4)

So could I make the Ecto a little Faster if I build the kit?

Speed is all in the motor turn (kv), gearing (spur and pinion), and battery (rpm x volt).

On my scx10ii I can hit 22 mph on 3s. I modded the motor mount to slide more and slapped on a 22t pinion. This is mainly for mud slinging and donuts not speed runs.

Other versions of the ecto come with ifs, not just a live axle. May help with with cornering if you want different handling from the trx4.
