It depends on what tires you are running. Yes though they need foams but depending on wich tires your running and which foams, you might need to trim them. Make sure your wheels are vented too.
 
That is the million dollar question. What is the best foam setup? You will get a million different answers. Personally unless its really cold i like the pro line 2 stage foams. I have tried a few other setups and for my driving style the pro lines seem to work best.
 
I've switched to Nova's Double Duece foams and with my setup being pretty light, they are working very well.
 
Thats them. I got mine from Idnewcrwlr because he switched to the new shorter ones. My f400's were the best ever imo UNTIL I put it on a diet, then they started to be alittle to stiff and I didnt want to channel them.
 
hmm. I thought the same about my f400's being on the stiff side. I still havent got to try them out :(
