Remote start with Dx3s?

I see that the Spektrum Dx3s controller has a button for remote start. In the manual it says this button is for future remote start systems. I have seen some remote start systems out there but they were acme brand. Any idea how to utilize this remote start button. Is there any way to do it with the Ez start? Any good remote start systems out there that I can hook up to the Spektrum Dx3s?

Take a look at the Losi ROSS system.

Yes, it was invented for the Losi Ten T. The R.O.S.S. system works flawlessly on my Ten T. I doubt the third channel would work with the EZ Start since there is no provision for a radio signal on that system. The Losi system hooks directly to the RX via the third channel. One great thing about the third channel on the DX3S is that you can use it for other systems. For example, I use it to power on/off the LED lighting system on my Losi XXX-SCB since it and the Ten T use the same RX.

if you already have an ez-start ...all you need is the losi ROSS Starting Harness/Control Unit and a battery

Your link didnt work Macgyver. Is there any instructions for wiring this Ross system and battery up to the EZ start?

link should work now ...it should be pretty simple ..just hook it up to your RX and your ez-start and plug in a battery
