Hi, all! i'm new to the nitro rc hobby, and i'm having a problem. I got a redcat shockwave for Christmas last year, than I used it for about 1 month, than it broke, I never got around to fixing it until 4 months later. I fixed the engine, got it running, and replaced the battares. now when I stear it, the throttle either opens all the way, or the brakes go on. I ordered a new throttle servo for it, but I don't think that's it, cuz I pluged the sterring servo where the throttle servo goes in the reciver, and same result. what the heck is wrong with this thing?!?!?!?

thanks for the reply! all wires are good and no exposed metal. I guess I will have to order a new receiver. could it be the remote that's bad?
