Recently purchased a Slash 4x4 Ultimate

Can anyone tell me, do the 2wheel versions of the Slash use the same body as the 4x4 Ultimate? I'm going to buy a new body and I liked some of the 2wd colors more than the 4x4 Ultimate clipless bodies.

I'd luck to upgrade to this :

Grok says it has a different 4 points stand and I could potentially need a conversion kit, I'll just stick with the 4x4 models if that's the case, but I prefer this 2wd Berry Blast color scheme.

Their website says this:

Body, Slash® 2WD (also fits Slash® VXL & Slash® 4X4), pink & purple (painted, decals applied) (assembled with front & rear latches for clipless mounting)

Just wondering if anyone has experience with this.

Cool, I have plans to buy a new body for my Slash 4x4 Ultimate as well in the future i might paint it just like my current one here.

Yes all traditional slash body’s work 2wd or 4wd.
With new clip less models or the old clip style the difference is the mounting brackets on top of the shock towers, there is not any difference in the body itself. The gas models have some minor differences, mainly holes in the body for the gas motor.
