Wow, great job Rob! I bettered my first and second with like 135 I think but I got hacked a bunch, but made the pits all pretty good. I gotta work on my recovery after getting hacked..

Damn you Rob! But in reality I didn't think my run was going to hold up. Not sure if I will run again though or not, I guess I will wait and see what chicken little, um I mean Randy does. But I guess he's still gonna run like last year, last minute, scared to show his hand :D.

May his internet go down at the last minute. LMAO

:p:

I keep forgetting to charge the batts, seriously. I'm trying to get my Savage and ramp ready for VBS that starts Sunday. I was planning to swap engines but today I was checking it over and decided I don't like the way the rear bearing feels. I've got the thing tore apart right in front of me now btu I can't get the darn piston/rod off the crank.

Suuuuure that's the ticket. I hope when you finally get the nerve to do a run that your virus scanner starts, or an automatic update, maybe the scree saver will come on, or even a power failure...CHICKEN :p:

Curtis and Pete need to put in final runs as well. Pete has nothing to loose at this point and there is only a 2 point spread between where Curtis currently stands and 5th place (6th depending on Randy) so he might as well go for it.

Plus there is the fastest lap bonus point to go for.

Man next weeks track is hard! I ran it for a few minutes for practice and it was brutal for me.

Looks like I'll just hold on to last place unless someone really screws up!

Great job improving with every run Pete.

I will hold off on my final run until tomorrow evening.;)

I will only run if I get bumped to 3rd.

I went with two tire changes on my last run too, I set the car up to compensate for my sorry driving and that thing was eating the tires!

Race #1 is in the books.

Nice job guys.

Race #2 at the Tamiya track has started. Good luck and remember, slow is sometimes fast.

Did you notice who got the fastest lap?:green-grin:

If you had gotten the fastest lap, I would have made a final run. 1 point down is nothing and can be made up in one race. 3 points down could take 2 or 3 races to overcome which would not be acceptable. This is why I like the format we are running and why I added the fastest lap bonus. It's nice to have a little bit of strategy.
