I did this while I was there. It was pretty boring to be honest. They need some refinement. Smaller cars, smaller ball, more players at once and ditch the FPV setups. Overall though it was a cool concept that just needs some work.

I lost interest before the video ended, just can't imagine spending a whole day doing this, to be fair I'm not a fan of soccer anyway. I commend them for coming up with something new, we just need more ideas to help draw in new blood though this one went too far away from the hobby with the game controllers and FPV.

During the RC Pro finals at Thornhill this year, my son won the "balloon stomp" race which was far more entertaining when there's a gaggle of cars in the mix.

Many years ago Thornhill hosted a "Consistency Series" which was my personal favorite, finish position didn't matter, it was who had the highest consistency which promoted squeaky clean driving ;)

Awesome. I really need to visit Thornhill. I lived in Hutto for 2 years before moving to Liberty Hill. I never even knew it was there. Then again, I'm not into racing, but I'd like to go anyway and maybe marshall just to check it out.

Tomorrow is going to be a great day to come and check out Thornhill, Jared Wiggins is going to be racing and so the fastest drivers in the state are coming in to race with him which should be a pretty good show of skill, Jared is currently the 24th fastest driver in the world, very few people ever make this list:
