Leftover pizza: cold or reheated? It's the first I've had in over 20 years. Having it for breakfast tomorrow.
Some pizza can be cold, and it's fine. However, the taco pizza will need heated. My preferred method is to microwave off the chill, then pan fry on both sides, it renews the crisp that a good pizza crust should have.Leftover pizza: cold or reheated?
While my wife and kids likes cold pizza, I find it unsavory. Mine has to be reheated. The air fryer is my reheater of choice, but I'm willing to microwave if need be.
Reheated, but in the oven, not the soggy microwave.Leftover pizza: cold or reheated?

The pizza master has spoken!I mean, it's pizza......so thin, thick, stuffed...I'll eat it. Prefer thin crust though as the sauce, cheese and toppings are the best part and would rather have lots of that than fill up on bread. lol

The fact that no one on this thread has voted for the last option indicates that anyone who eats pizza, will not turn down pizza based upon the amount of doughage.I mean, it's pizza......so thin, thick, stuffed...I'll eat it. That sucks! Sorry to hear. Is it just indigestion or a GI thing as well? Hopefully, it's not a food poisoning issue.Little update, we both had terrible indigestion from the pizza last night. Been up since 4:30AM with it, so has she. Not sure if it's something in their dough or what, but we won't be back. This is in no way a slam on them, it was delicious, we just both tend to be sensitive to some things that restaurants tend to use because they are cheaper.
Eh, it happens. It's just indigenstion for us, and not food poisioning. Like I said, it was freaking delicious. Usually it's something in the dough that gets us as we can both be sensitive to too much gluten, and we rarely eat bread. Leo's imports their flour so it's real flour and never bothers us. But that isn't cheap for them to do, and it's not cheap to eat there. That sucks! Sorry to hear. Is it just indigestion or a GI thing as well? Hopefully, it's not a food poisoning issue.
The sauce is the best part. I must have some Italian in me as my wife calls mine my "spaghetti soup".I'm the same way with my pasta dishes. I just want my pasta coated in red sauce, not swimming in it. My Italian wife wants enough sauce that a straw is required![]()
Minor lactose intolerant perhaps? There are local pizza places I like, like Ledos, Squires, Pizza Johns, and Pats. I also like other pizza like Dominos, Little Caesars. Pizzas like frozen ones, Papa Johns don't do well with me. Neither does papa johns new papadia stuff.
I figured out pizza didn't do well with me so I stopped eating it. Started eating it again a couple months ago and haven't had any issues from it. The only issues I have with food currently is ice cream. I can have like ice cream bars and cones but not plain ice cream.
Maybe. Doctor said it might be IBS from my past history. But so far I got it under control.Minor lactose intolerant perhaps?
