:surrender when my electronics are turned on there is no issue... everything functions as it should. When the motor goes on the throtle becomes controlled by a polterguiest! :surrender
 
no looose connections

checked then all... polterguiest still exists!

could it be a slightly damaged freq crystal??

Probably a bad solder in the receiver. Open it up and take a look. Could also be a bad crystal if you do not have a DSM setup. Being that you did not give specific info on your TX/RX system I will assume you have crystals.
 
Move the radio and antenna farther back from the truck and see if it still does it. Being too close with the signal sometimes will make them twitch.
Also, remove and re-install your crystals. That helps to clean off bad contacts. Do that with ALL the connectors.
 
prolem solved!

turns out it was a fualty servo... chances are it was a loose wire (bad solder)... picked up a new servo and presto!
