Hi, I have a friend who is building a scale truck and he is having to adapt the GT Power Truck light & Power to drive the LED lights suited to his model.

The original GT Power module connects up to the single LEDs supplied with the module with no current limiting resistors needed, but some of the lights he wants to use have more than one LED in the cluster, my question is: are the GT Power driver circuits constant current or are they constant voltage?

That is, if you connect two LEDs in series to the GT Power LED output, is it able to regulate the voltage to ensure the current is sufficient to light two LEDs in series?

There is a way for me to test this, but he lives a long way from me so I thought I would try to find out how these circuits work first?

Appreciate your help
