scale rc semi trucks?

A friend of mine likes semi trucks, Peterbuilt mostly I guess. He knows I have rc cars and asked me if there were any scale big trucks. I know Traxxas makes that nice big flatbed one, although it isn't scale of a particular truck and isn't a semi tractor anyway. Any other ideas?

Tamiya 1/14 is what you want if it needs to be scale. They even have peterbuilt logos, tons of scale accessories and traikers for them.
