pull start stuck

i have a brand new blue lightning 4wd and i have a problem with the pull start. i started it for the first time and it started fine but was in gear and idling really high. after about 20 seconds it just shut down and now the pull start is stuck in all the way down and i cannot pull it out at all. i opened up the engine through the glow plug but that did not work. please help, and thanks.

sounds like your piston is stuck at top dead center ...try turning the flywheel with pliers or something

heat the block up with a heat gun/hair dryer and then see if you can either spin the flywheel or pull the pull starter.

i turned the flywheel with pliers but it would bind up the pull cord onto its rubber sleeve and then bounce back to where the flywheel was after i let go of it with the pliers. it still seems to be stuck tho. i also heated it up with a hair dryer. please help

if you were able to turn it a little , then it is not stuck ...might be a problem with your pull start .... take the engine off and remove the pull start to see i anything is broken and if the engine turns without it
