Proud new owner of a used loaded tmaxx

havent posted in a while but i just had to share this deal i got, saturday a couple of my boyz were here and we were cleanin our cars(1:1) and my boy josh asks me if i wanna buy a tmaxx, told him i didnt have any spare money and i already have a thunderquake I'm trying to get rid of, and a nitro rush and outlaw that i dont play with, he started naming the upgrades on it and i was in disbelief, that is until he pulled it out of his trunk and i seen it, it has a wasp .21, electric start, 2 hi torque servos, 2 speed, no reverse mod, adjustable fail safe and alot more stuff, he told me hes put about 2500 into it in a year and a half, i asked him how much he wanted for it, he said 50 bucks radio, starter 6cell batt, 15 min charger and all the extra stuff he could find for it , for about 15 minutes i debated on this, and i dont know why, what a deal, heres sum pics, oh and dont pay attention to the date on the pics, didnt know the date was all screwed up till i loaded them,

Not trying to bash you or anything, but arent those the Stock Tires? .... and electric start... and pretty much everything else?

Granted, the servos and mill are probably something nice to have in it, but I don't see your buddy having dropped "2500" into it. I don't know you, I just hope you feel you got a good deal out of it all.

Does it run? Looks like the chassis is stock but cut out for whatever reason. For 50 bucks I won't argue. Let us know what mods are on it exactly. The Wasp 21 is running condition?

Oh, ok. I thought that he was saying he paid for the T-Maxx PLUS 50 for the radio/pit gear and all. For 50 bucks it was a damn good deal all in all, Hope you like it bro.

they cut the chassis for "weight" savings...LOL...I alway s get a kck out of that....nice score...even if it doesn't run, you got more than 50 bucks in parts to sell......

Yeah, my sentiments exactly! Fifty bones for a rig isn't bad at all! If that Wasp runs, there's easily $50.00 in that!

yeah i knwo a lil bit about the tmaxx and yeah i shouldnt have said it was loaded but for the price its loaded to me, most of it is stock, the wasp he says only has a gallon through it, it has a jr racing radio, motor still has strong compression, the steering servo is the new z650m which is 50 bucks itself, as far as i know 2nd gearhe said is the only thing wrong with it and it might need to be retuned, as soon as i get it runnin i will get sum vid, , as for the tires and rims being stock, had i seen him a week ago i would have gotten a set of proline 40s series and a new set of road rage tires on it
