If my HSP nitro buggy and it has its high speed needle set at 2.5 turns out and it idle screw and low speed needle set at flush do you think the engine will start. I'm a newb so you might think this question is funny or really dumb.

Well you have to test it first. Most of us have no idea about your car and it really depends on your location.

Look inside the carb to set the idle screw, make sure there is a credit card thickness opening. Should be around 1-2mm, a thing I have tried is to use a 1.5mm allen and slide it down there in the hole and tighten it while the allen is in the hole, just dont tighten it real hard against the allen so you can get it out.
