alright guys iv been on here last cpl days picking everyones brains bout my wee boys nitro car i am total newbie and keen to learn well problem started when his clutch bell and shoes broke we got it repaired from a shop since getting back we had 10 mins out of it and the rear diff went fixed that now we have the prob with the clutch the thing is hitting some pretty high revs without touching the remote this happens with the shoes in and when i take them out out it does the same is this normal some ppl advising to turn somthing down on the engine but dont want to do that as problem started with the clutch car is fairly new and as said was going fine before clutch went so dont think its anything to do with the engine cheers in advance

Revving without touching the throttle is not related to the clutch. There is a trim knob on the radio for throttle, and another one for centering the steering. The first thing you need to do is make sure it hasn't been turned accidentally. Back it down and let us know what happens.

I say the same. It also might be some interference.

P.S. It would be a lot easier to read if you put in periods. So please do that

i agree as well with the hole trim setting it could have been accidently moved start it up on a block and try to adjust the throttle trim from the radio he he no periods that was fun :LoL: sorry nitro had to do it

rolex if u talking bout the little slider on the remote i know which 1 u are talking bout

i have turned that all the weay down and as far as i know nothing else has been adjusted unless guy who fixed it in the shop adjusted somthing

as i keep saying wish id took it to another shop cost me 65 quid over 2 weeks and thing is lying in the corner I'm stuck here lol hope u guys can help me out and

hope the periods are ok i was crap at english in school i apologise lol cheers guys

just messed bout with it there and noticed revs very high and spitting fuel does this help any to diagnose my problem

all sorted guys messed with it again this morning it seems to be running ok

still seems revs bit high and still spitting little fuel from exaust wheels only

moving when i pick car up but sits still when placed on the ground

You could still back the idle down a little more, while leaning the LSN. That's what causing it to idle high, and spit fuel. The two need to work in harmony with each other.
