Picco P3 .21 factory settings

I have a Picco p3 .21 engine, but don't know the factory settings. does anybody know them? it runs right now but it doesn't run that good. it's the exact model from the picture. also, does anyone know where to find a replacement pull start? I have one but it keeps on breaking.
