.pdf Help

I have a locked .pdf file I need to edit.
Any help on how to go about de-compiling it?
I'm using a full version of 5.0

I have a utility you can use if it is PW protected, but do you know what version it was AUTHORED in?

Not password protected to open, Just can't edit or print.

I believe I found a shareware program to strong arm it.
Still open for suggestions.
