I need some help here.

Long story short I never really use Windows now that I changed to Mac, but I need a windows anti virus and I guess I need a firewall?
What should I use?

what version of windows??

i would advise avast antivirus, and windows has a built in firewall.

XP Pro Service pack 3.

XP Pro should have a firewall built in.

I have never invested in a 3rd party firewall and i am sitting here talking to you on windows xp pro service pack three.. Gget a decent spyware/malware client and run a scan once a week it will pick up anything that gets through the xp firewall...


I use super anti spyware ( the free version) works great

I use AVG free, for antivirus. I have the Windows built in firewall turned on, but I mostly rely on the firewall built into my router.
