I was on my new pc this morning and it lost signal to the monitor, so I restarted it which didnt help and I get no beeps.

So I did what I could find and understand, I removed the ram, video card and left the cpu installed, same thing, no beeps. All fans work though. I removed the battery and tried and still the same thing.

not sure what to do now?

its a gigabyte am3 mother board.

well with everything unplugged except the cpu in the motherboard, I still dont get any beeps :( from what I've read that means the motherboard is toast....great.

That's about it. If it's not too old, try doing an RMA with the place you bought it from.

Its not even a month old. Waiting on them to reply right now.

While you wait for a reply, i would pull both of the power cables for the motherboard, inspect them and reconnect. You should have a 24 pin and 8 pin on that board. Your power supply may only have a 4 pin going to it but thats fine.

pop out the cmos battery to reset the bios and plug the monitor into one of the video ports on the motherboard and not the dedicated card.

Yeah I did all that and ended up talking to the place and did everything they wanted me to try too and in the end it turned out to be the motherboard. Just passed the warranty too. Got another coming from Newegg.
