Paris has only been back in jail for one day, and already I don't give a rat's ass.

I have tried not to put names onto my *newfound* word...
Apparently it is not a known word... my bad!

*Hobbyshaker* would be a person that needs sexual stimuli like:

• Victoria Secret Catalogs
• Pay per view television
• Porn magazines
• ... and other things

to have feelings, impressions, or thoughts connected to the lower extremeties. In short... a somewhat mentally sick connection to sexuality mixes with hotspots triggered by females and how they prositute themselves publicly to divert the mind of poor man from the bigger picture. This way his life becomes more senseful and filled with excitement wich otherwise is missing/ boring. Who wants to be seen with this 500 pound mother whale of 6 in a pizzashop or other worldly setting? So much easier is, to sit in front of a television and beat the little boy... to some starlet... it also makes work and paying a mortgage and taxes easier... thats a hobbyshaker. Keep the american public stupid and their mind occupied and you can declare war on god and noone would notice.

Research has shown that arcade and computer games are corrupting the moral fibers of today's youth.
In a recent scientific experiment, researchers exposed a group of teenaged boys to a computer arcade game, and found that all of them had unclean sexual thoughts.
Of course the researchers also got those same results when they exposed the boys to cole slaw or garden tools or the MacNeil-Lehrer News Hour.

45 days for this crime is crazy. I know a few guys that got busted for DWI and not one of them did any jail time.

Granted, Paris drove with a suspended license and violated her probation in an alcohol-related reckless-driving case, but come on. Do you guys know anyone that has done 45 days for a traffic violations?

Yup. This one guy who is the boyfriend of a friend of my neices' got 83 days in county lockup. For DWI....

On a MOPED!

Turns out, he was riding it up and down the street. He decided to turn around in a school parking lot. The cops, on an unrelated (says him, but I seriously doubt it) call busted him. Blood alcohol of .20 or higher at the time of arrest, too. I was there in the courtroom, as the neice had unrelated court business that day.

Well anyone who rides a moped deserves some form of punishment, whether they are sober or drunk, just get something better, like a real scooter or perhaps even a real motor cycle?! :

Yup, there was more... My tired brain just spaced on it. He also had to pay fines and court fees, totalling nearly $2,000. He is also under aged (20 years old), and this was his second DWI in a year, while on probation.

Oh heck yeah! The State of Ohio's mandatory minimum sentence for a DWI, first offense, is 90 days. Judge is able to suspend all but three, but you will have to serve 3 days in jail and one probation violation will land you back in the clinker for the remaining 87!
