Opinion on O.S. 21 RG

My LHS has an O.S. 21 RG for sale. They are asking $100 for it, but it has been there for some time. I noticed that the Piston is at TDC while it sits there, Is that a problem? I'm looking to put it in my T-maxx 2.5, i need your opinion on what to do, what will i need for it to fit. Also it does not come with a pull start. What do you think? Also whats the difference between the RG and the TM.

Is it a brand new engine? Those ran $120 new when they were still being made. Good entry level engine. Not terribly fast, but good torque. If it's new I'd offer $75 CASH. I'm sure they would REALLY like to get rid of it.
