Came back from work earlier this week and my whole street looked different. What was a thickly wooded piece of property across the street had been cleared except for stumps of trees they had felled.

Came home today and found that they've cleared all the brush, stumps and fallen trees. Hmmmm.....

If anything, you could always bring home a new dozer lol

I want to see vid of this one man! Going right through the glass of that building! ROCK ON!

You're all about the carnage, Christian. That's why I lika ya.

A launch into that building would be about 100 yards. A small jet-assisted take off unit might come in handy.

I got good computer toys but no video camera. Sometime later, maybe. I have found that the JR XS3 radio can indeed be operated with one hand where the stock Traxxas TQ3 radio couldn't. (I always wondered how Error could do that.)

Enough excuses... I'll try to grab some stills.

all i have to say is beat it hard really hard.

wait that sounded bad....beat your rc hard really hard

ok that sounded better....

WOW. That looks like a sweet place to do some bashing. Make sure they don't have any trespassing signs anywhere. ;)

Nothing man, just sit and wait. Cause that looks the start of a sweet new track that they are about to build. They even have realy heavy equipment there so it looks like the are serious about getting it done quick.

oh yeah!!! a r.c play ground go for it if there are some no trespassing signs take them down...lol lucky so lucky

Backflips would have been very cool.

Overall it's been a disheartening Saturday morning. The truck started right up after not having been run for months. It was about 75° this morning at ten o'clock. The last time I ran the truck it was about 50°.

I figured leave the needles alone and she'll run rich for a bit and I'll see how she does. I only hit second gear a couple times. I was mostly running up and over the hills. (Making a lot of dust clouds, too!)

They gave me more hills since that last picture, by the way:

Right toward the end of the first tank it began running underpowered. Not detonating or bogging... just underpowered. And the idle had climbed a bit. I pointed my temp gun at it and it was off the friggin' scale! (400° max)

I shut it down and pointed the temp gun at it again to see 387°. fiddlesticks. The pull start was hanging loose by the shock tower. When I pulled on it the loose string came right out of the starter. After I blew all the dirt off and let it cool down I've found my one-way bearing is shot. I removed the glow plug and there's still a tight pinch at TDC so maybe there's still hope.

My bash/wrench time ratio ain't doin' too good.

That he could if the place looked like that picture, EP.

BUT it has since changed. Review his post above...or look at this picture from his post...
