Ventura. 25 minutes south of Santa Barbara. It will be a drive but it will be fun to meet you guys if I go.

I've make the drive several times each year. My fishing bud lives there close to the lake. If there is anything I can do to help, let me know.

I believe HB Snorzzzzz as loud as I do. If hes up to it we can share a room. I have a pair of iron clad panties just for the occasion. Unless he brings a laser cutter I should be safe.

Sounds like fun but I will be shacking up at my buddies new house in Natomas by Arco.

My buddy recently made it back from LA to Sac in under 4 hours, crazy fiddlesticker.....

I will see what happens. I am excited that I may have the chance to bash with you guys. I hear of the Cybermaxx of Ed's and want to see this beast. Then there are the New Revo Owners..Blazer and Rob!! I may have enough buggies so we can all race with Eds Storm Pro!!

Oh yeah ED..If you are stuck in those Iron Clad Panties I can bring a Blow torch to get ya out.

He said "Blow"

I had the CyberMaxx out yesterday getting it all tuned up and ready to go. This thing is running "Sick" I'm wondering if the mill is finely fully broken in. I was pulling wheelies on demand. It may have something to do with setting it up with a heavier suspension to handle the big ass jumps that I saw in the photos. Or it could be the change in fuel I made. I went from 20% Traxxas to 30% Odonals. Lots of changes but they seem to work well together. If I could only keep the one way from slipping when it gets warm everything would be tits. If I can find the time I'm going to mod the pull start with a flusher like I used to do to the older T-Maxx .15 pro.

I truly hope you can make it.

Why not just replace the One Way bearing?

Yeah I really hope it works out and you and your son are able to make the trip. It would be a blast to have ya. Let us know how it works out.

I will keep you guys updated. I hope we do make it. Haven't had a great bash in a LOOOOONG time.

I replaced it, sealed the rear but it still seems to load up after 2-3 tanks. Works great when its cold. The nice part is it usually starts on the first pull when the pull start grabs. Ill get it figured out sooner or later.

Strech,
Is this site an outlaw site or should I bring my pop-up canopy and some chairs?

Any of the hotels listed in the 2 links will work. There is easy access to all of them, 10-15 minutes in traffic to the furthest one. It will just come down to the amenities that you require. If you are looking for full amenities then you may want one of these:
Marriot
Howard Johnson

Probably stay at the HoJos It used to be a nice place and the price is right as compared to the others. Thanks for the links. Sorry I had to dump your call the other night. The Casinos get their panties in a bunch if you try and talk on your cell phone while sitting at the card table. I broke even at cards but busted a slot wide open. Paid for my trip, a new buggy and more. Lady luck was with me. 2.5K :p: 1.3K after taxes.

No sweat.... I usually leave a chunk each time I go. Nice to see someone take some of it home. South Shore is about an hr and fortyfive minutes from my place and there is the large new Thunder Valley Casino 10 minutes away which may be an idea...

I'm trying to figure out from the posts if you guys are down for a bbq at my place or do we want to out on the town or both. I'm down for anything that you guys are up for except for a dui.

Looks like I am heading up on Friday after work.

I think I will be checking out Thunder Valley that evening since it is so close to where I will be staying.

yeah ill pass on the dui, have u guys ever been or heard of the cache creek casino that place is huge

Cache Creek is huge, and yes I know of it just past Esparto out on hwy 16. The have just recently expanded big time there. I am not too hot on the gambling though.
