Doing some cleaning up in my Shop and thought I would have some fun! This is my largest R/C to date. I've been building this for years and still havn't flown it. I originally built this to use an O.S. 4 cylinder in but now that the engine is older than my oldest Child, I decided to put a 50cc Gas engine in it..

This is picture of my modified 4x4 pede. Super reliable. mods include traxxas cvd shafts.traxxas 17mm hubs. PROLINE 17mm F11 wheels with 2.8 mashers.Tacon 3650 motor and Turnigy Car X-60 esc. Only thing it really needs is a faster servo. But it can do back flips with enough hang time. p20161025_054444.webp

A couple different toys I got. I made the buggy into a brushless and the colossus, well it's really a bad ass! Plenty of power and have not broke anything yet on it. Knock on wood

Italian cars, if you couldn't tell already, are kinda my thing. One brand in particular more than others. :stig:

Above is my ftx vantage with full stainless steel screw conversion. Full carbon chassis, brace and shock towers, aluminium steering arms and aluminium hubs. Basically every upgrade option available for the vantage. Next on the agenda is a motor and esc combo upgrade.

The Stratos is my favorite.

The Stratos is my favorite.

Thanks. I've always loved the Stratos. The body is a Rally Legends Stratos from HobbyKing and did not include the Alitalia livery decals. I made those at work using Flexi-sign. Had to order 9mm offset wheels for the rear and 3mm on the front.

I've owned cars from almost all of the mainstream import brands from Acura to Volvo. My Alfa Romeo was my favorite. It's the one that I miss the most. Something about those Italians.

Darren, that brushless T-Maxx has to be super cool. I heard those run better than the E-maxx because the aluminum chassis is actually lighter than the plastic tub. I've got most of the parts to make one, would be a great project car for the kids to run. Do you have a battery box? Run a single pack on one side or (2) packs on opposite sides of the chassis? If you could post up more pics it would be great. Thanks

Got this all set up, but realised it was never going to be reliable enough to bash. I could have bought 3 arrma vehicles for what this has cost me to make it run reliably on simple tracks and small jumps. It is so much fun while it runs, but it breaks my heart and the bank so often.

I have thrashed my stampede 4x4 like it owes me money and have yet to crack a chassis. Did you hit something? I run 2S and top out around 42mph, but I haven't smacked anything head on with it at speed yet. I have gotten 10+ feet under it though at the skate park. Slaps the ground pretty hard.

Awesome collection, I had a run away(I don't think I did the receiver Bind properly, I tested the fail safe after this and made sure it was fine). It went full throttle on 3s into a steel fence tube, I'd had the car running for less than 10mins.
