I just brought one back from some major 8 year old distruction !!!....I had to murder it out flat black for what may be the bodies last few runs. I fused all the cracks back together with a soldering iron.....then sprayed it with bed liner. I wanted to share it before the shell sees maybe its last weekend.

Let's see some other brand RC's that you all own, bash and like.

My slash is getting converted to a 1/8 scale buggy, just for giggles. This was the first mockup of the body and wing. Still waiting on some parts to get here.

The 1/8 scale Slash buggy conversion is complete. Of the three iterations my Slash has gone through (Stock, raised body with 2.8 Trenchers, and Backslash) I like this the best. Quick test drive in the parking lot and I can't get it to traction roll, but I still have the tire diameter and ground clearance I had with the 2.8s

Thanks a bunch, they're my first r/c cars and I kept them all these years.. Just put some new wheels and rear tires on the Grasshopper.

The Ford pick-up is on my Kyosho Nitro ZR1 chassis. Figure I would keep the original body in plastic for safe keeping.

@Rdub. Glad I kept them myself, but then again I kept ALOT of stuff over the years. I have some planes that are over 25 years old and still flying!

Took my 8 year old Son to one of our local tracks last Saturday for his first day on a real track and a family of 4 showed up after a couple hours and they were all going different directions, while my Son was following the unwritten rule of going "One Way" as a courtesy to others; but the Father and my Son ended up having a head on on the front straight. Then I noticed one of his shock caps popped off! Well that was the end of his first track day after looking closer, noticed he also cracked the shock tower!! Well I have one coming today but I did a Quick Fix so he could still run his car.... Later that day he was out playing at a friends house and broke his right clavicle... Feel so bad for him. I can fix anything but that...

The repair I did on my Sons Arrma Raider. Just a thin piece of aluminum with holes drilled in it.

A couple more of our cars...

My Son had the whole track to himself for a couple hours... I left mine at home so it was HIS day!

Heres my Cen colossus and pede 4x4. Also have a granite blx and 1/16 nitro circus which is ridiculously fun for its size! The Cen is currently getting a custom build. Nemesis diffs, cens super heavy duty gss10 drive shafts, castle big block xo1 motor, mm2 esc, xxl shocks instead of doubles that currently are on it, and some new wheels tires. Unsure on rhe wheel tire combo yet...
