clean around your glow plug and remove it, then make sure that whole part of the assembly is clean and dirt free. then if you can, install a new plug washer and make sure its tight. sometimes when you turn over the engine you can hear a leak. i was having troubles starting with mine yesterday and a leaky glowplug gasket was the problem.

still not right!
started from scratch cleaned the glow plug up screwed the low speed needle right in and then unscrewed 2 turns ,hig speed needle screwed right in and the unscrewed 3 1/2 turns idle screw set at approx 1mm
this was my starting point .
attempted to start it and it did start and cut out so undid the LSN 1/8 turn until it ran for a minute on tick over which it now does and starts a lot better sometimes have to leave it a while once hot but usually starts again when cool
now the problem is it still cuts when the accelerator is pressed even when very gradually increased and the motor seems gutless as it drives tried both ways on the HSN and no difference
got a new glow plug on order but dont no if this will make any difference
thanx Dean

Put the nose of it against something and when it's up to temp start tweaking on the LSN only. Give it a few blips and some throttle and see if it pushes good against the stair or whatever the nose is on. When you have good idle and can see that it's pushing good, put it out in the open and run it. If it takes off good, and then starts to bog down or cut out, start adjusting the HSN.
With both these, only adjust a little, and give it a little test run. Don't expect it to just fly as soon as you turn the screw. It may need to "clear its' throat" before it starts to respond.

right now its cooking with nitro! done as you said with the step got it pushiing hard against it set off and it run with out cutting out for about 10mins didnt quite have the zip at full power but runs quite well ,stopped it and now can't get it started again until its cold or alter the LSN so think it still needs a tweek but not sure where but all in all at least i know it runs now ,di try turning LSN out and in abit but it lost all zip then so seems set pretty much optimun
