lsu check? you can never go wrong with a truck,I'm waiting til tax return time to get one for the last 2 years mommy has been getting minivans this year is daddys turn.off subject-i launched my slash a good 20 feet and broke rear axle carrier,i was thinking rpm but all i found was black and id really like to add some color what aluminum brand do you like?

IME Fords drive great most of the time during the first 2-4 years after driving of the lot. Then like De La Hoya in his recent fight, you get hammered. I have seen Fords drive strong for long period of time, but dang, when they go down, it is costly.

This one is pretty cool. Anything using desiel is just too much for me.

My 2005 F450 has been awesome, all I do is pull a heavy 7000 pound goose neck trailer with another 10,000 pounds on it, 5 speed automatic and it still runs good after 30,000kms, just keep an eye on the temps from the trans and EGT's, the first thing Fords eat up is the down pipe off the turbo.
2003-2004's were a nightmare, 2005-2006's awesome, 2007, some issues with injectors staying open (search Ford flame thrower on YouTube) the 2008's are still too early.

Watch out for that injector harness--they are infamous for going out but the computer thinks it is the components and you'll end up throwing a lot of money away replacing things that aren't broken...

We need new whores--the old ones are getting all sloppy...

You know what I have had that problem before. Simple fix, throw on new bearings and a little lock tight in those hard to reach places and you can use and abuse them much longer that way. Happy Whoring

It's an 03 with aftermarket turbo, and 60,000miles on the 6.0 turbo diesel motor. 4 inch skyjacker lift, and I'm not too big of a fan about the wheels, but it does come with the stockers. For $17,000 it's a steal. I know the guy who had it, (rich dude used it to go from his house to his huntin camp only.)so I know it was taken care of.
