Looks nice. Better clearance, steering with brushless power. :)

That brushless is one thing that would be nice in our Redcat Scout. Maybe a future upgrade ;)
I will say I'm impressed at the beatings it can take. Our kiddo, drives hers off the sofa regularly, runs into walls and it's been solid. Lol

Might be the best out of the box 1/18 or 1/24 crawler.
Will Axial come out with a rival?
No. Horizon will simply come out with a different body for theirs 😅

I've pretty much quit buying SCX24's. the Competition is putting out nicer stuff. Wasn't expecting a brushless version of the Scout II to come out so quickly.

Scx24, definitely needs to compete, but they won’t, they would ask too much for a crawler like that. And would be a flop, they should team up with someone soon or the competition will take it all. They are dropping the ball on this and not making an awesome crawler. If they would just partner with a tire company that would be sweet. Since almost every crawler needs wheels and tires first thing anyways. You don’t need brushless to perform, usually wheels and tires make them so much better.

Look what people want for a betty scx24. Just ridiculous. Not sure if I will ever buy a rtr scx24 ever, just because I change everything about them. When I am done with them, there isn’t one part left from stock left on it. The menace is the only one I have that has stock axels still and they are modified for turning radius so not really stock.

I am thinking on doing the same, scx24 is diving and not caring about it cause they have so many parts available for them. But people want to save money not spend now a days, so the competition will rise. Looks like hobby plus and redcat get it.

They do look a lot nicer.
