New Car

I am really thinking hard about this one. Its for sale locally and its in awesome shape. It looks and drives like a champ but i just don't know if i want to go ahead and pick it up. What do you think? Some sweet black 17's would make it siiiick.

i have been checking out performance upgrades as well. The venom module along with a TPC exhaust are really opening these things up.

That was a crappo rental i got stuck with because they "forgot" to get an suv brough over from a neighboring town.


I did get this out of it tho. It was literally around 2 minutes after stomping it from 80mph.

it had a weird transmission. You floor it and it just runs up to 5K or so and stays there until you get off of it. You go from 0-70 and you are at 5K the whole time.

I probably took my foot off the gas right before i snapped that pic so it was probably coming down. Maybe not, that pic is a few years old so i don't remember.

Hmmm, CVT trans setup like the Maxima maybe. Keeps the engine in the meat of the torque curve the whole time your foot is planted. Weird to drive though, I agree.

i almost wrecked it 10 minutes after getting it. My current truck at the time was an 02 f250 with the 7.3 and a 125hp chip on it. I was merging onto the interstate and there were cars coming but being used to the diesel, my brain said, Heck, you have plenty of time. Well i pulled out and laid into that car. About 2 seconds later i was yanking it onto the shoulder so i didn't get plowed.

It was also a dual purpose vehicle. If you got in an accident, they would just bury you in it since it was small enough to double as a coffin.

That little Smart Car thing I see brave souls driving around in is also dual purpose.
