Associated appears to have unveiled the long awaited follow up to the RC10GT at the RCX show. The new RC10GT2 appears to be completely new from the ground up incorporating many new features. These are the first detail photos that have shown up. More information will be posted once it becomes available.
“We tried to design a truck that had the same legendary handling of the Factory Team GT’s used by Tebo, Cavalieri, Maifield, James, and Saxton, but with no modification needed out of the box. We also wanted to make it more durable, easier to work on, and incorporate tons of new features!” -Kurt Wenger, senior engineer, Associated R&D.

Extra Information - Engine application
GT2 hardware included in kit is for a rear exhaust, SG crank, rotary carb.
Truck will fit standard crank with the purchase of optional clutch nut (not included in kit). You can also run any side exaust motors, but the side exhaust manifold is not included in the kit.
The LRP .12 engine and LRP rotary carb will be offered by AE.
