Need to raise front

I am new to rock crawling and could use some advice with my Traxxas TRX 4 Defender. I have installed a meta; bumper and winch. NoI realize the weight is considerable and need to stiffen the front end. What is the best solution? I was thinking new stiffer springs, new shocks or just a different oil in the shocks.
I have no idea where to start. If someone can suggest which springs or shocks or oil to use that would be helpful. Thank you

Thank you for the link I will look at getting something a bit more substantial. These look like they will do the trick.
