I find it offensive that you think that blue collar people in the workforce are poorly educated. Really? I have an associates degree in welding and fabrication and I install fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings. Those same fire protection systems save lives every day, and believe it or not, it requires one to be educated on several different levels. What is wrong with being in a trade? Not a thing. For the record to anyone who is reading this post, I'm nearly biting my tongue completely off. Maybe I'm taking this a little too personal, but when I go to work and I work as hard as I do and come home to read about blue collar people and how us folk done been underedumacated (hee haw) it makes my blood boil a little.
