I would try some advice from the gurus when they post up, I would say if all else fails, set the idle,LSn & HSn to factory specs and try again :S

i did set to factory settings it wasent far off at all, and nothing changed, cumon guys somone must know something , I'm dying to see this thing go

where is the clutch spring? i also knowtest it does not shift into reverse or back to forward unless i help it with a screwdriver

set your lsn back to factory as well as the hsn but factory is always rich, real rich.my truck almost doesn't move at factory.make sure your idle screw is 1mm and get it idlin again, let it warm and give it a lil gas and try keeping your ignighter on there for a moment then take it off.If it dies lean it out an hour at a time 30%you should get better throttle response the but be carefull not to lean it too much

If it dies when you give it gas, your HSN is too rich. Lean it out 1/4 turn or so...see what it does....then lean it 1 hour at a time until you can go full throttle from a dead stop without any bogging up top, and a good trail of smoke. Once that is all set....then start tuning your LSN to get a good launch off the line....and finally set your idle screw to get a CONSISTENT idle. That is the key...consistency. If it idles up after you rev it and stays there for a few seconds after you let off.....your LSN is too rich. Lean is SLOWLY until the idle stays consistent when you rev up and then let off the throttle. It should settle right back to a nice idle after a rev.

think i found the prob ill try it tomorow morning, i was suppose to be setting the hsn at 4 turns but dumb ass me was going 4 half turn`s I'm pretty shure that was the problem, ill post back with my results, so for fine tuneing ill need to richen the high speen needel then then low speed? and to richen is it clock wise or counter clockwise? thanks guys

Like motogod said, start with the hsn and then do the lsn. Richen is counter clockwise. Obviously five-versa for lean. A "full turn" is completely around the clock from wherever you are right back to wherever you were. Don't forget to watchfor that smoke. Light, constant blue smoke from your pipe when you accelerate. Good luck!

got it running wayy better , naw if only i could get it to wheelie it would be perfectt, and ideas what to change? or adjust?

That's leaning out your lowspeed careful!!!!!!! Don't run it too lean. You just need to find the sweet spot.
