Need help my Traxxas 4 Tec is being stubborn

Can anybody help me to get my Traxxas 4 Tec running again it wants to fire up but my batteries must no be strong enough they are fully charge 7.2 1800mah my fuel is fresh what to do I don’t have any hobby shops where I live I’m in Brandon Mississippi

Are you using a glow plug igniter or traxxas ez start?

Try factory settings and a new glow plug.
If its the ez start, are both lights lit?

Is the air filter clean and oiled?

Yes I’m using a pro tek glow igniter and a Traxxas EZ start but the engine tries to catch but the battery dies on me
