Need help identifying

Buddy of mine picked up a 1/8 at a flea market and wants me to build it for him. At first glance I thought Losi but I can’t find a match for it online.

Oh, came with a traxxas body, spektrum motor and bumpers that look to be Losi or Aarma

I just picked it up and it’s a 1/10 not a 1/8. It looked like a 1/8 in the pictures he sent and that’s what he was told but it’s too short to be a 1/8. Still have no clue what it is though lol

Was this from ebay? There's an identical one on ebay in Google images but I can't access the page.

Buddy I work with likes my rc’s and bought it to bash with me. He said flea market but he might of meant flea bay lol. It came with a 1/8 motor and 17mm wheel hubs so he assumed 1/8 but doesn’t have the wheel base. It’s only as long as my 1/10’s.

He didn’t bring me the bumpers or body since he ordered new stuff

I think that’s it! Ok so it is a Losi, awesome now I can order up some parts. The axle cups are all worn bad and it’s missing some stuff.

I'm not so sure it's a losi. Usually there's marks that indicate it. I can't find anything like this.

SCTE 1.0? Hard to justify though. Unless it was a Losi 8th scale buggy from that time converted to a SCT. Yours does have 17mm hexes on it so I'm kinda thinking it was originally a 8ight from that time period.

Yes it does but they are the only thing that is “new” on it so I’m not sure what came on it lol

Dang not sure what to tell my buddy, thought he got a nice 1/8 and now I have to tell him I can’t find parts lol. We don’t live near a hobby shop so I’ll have to measure and pray when I order anything lol. I’m hoping since it looks like a Losi the parts will work lol. He won’t tell me how much he paid for it so maybe it wont be a big let down
