I do know the on road car is a Tamiya. The crawler idk and the wl toy look alike...maybe?

was remembering the Type-S variants, wow you are not lying i am not a fan of that design.
It has very little triangulation on either the upper or lower arm, and the arms are sloppy on the hinge pins to boot, so the steering on the TT-02 is terrible because of it.
 
The Crawler is 100% a 1/18th scale ECX Temper.
 
That crawler looks like a LOSI night crawler. Similar to mine. Same style and tranny.
I had a Night Crawler and it is definitely not this. The one in the pic is no doubt a 1/18th scale ECX Temper.
