Well my servo isnt responding its not the rx of tx so it must be the servo. So go go to take the top off but i dont have the right freakin size. This servo i like from germany or something so it some gay ass hacked up size my smallest is too small and all the others are too big I'm mean this thing is preety dam small its rediculous! None of my small flat/phillip head screw drivers will catch on it. I'm pissed what the hell couldnt they just put a freakin phillips head screw on it like all the other seros. Dumb freakin engineers (no offense to those that are engineers). Can anyone help me out, the servo is a Multiplex PROFI Speed digital servo

them there don't look like allens ...

try torx ....

usually a metric allen will work with alot of torx screws ... but better to get a set of torx ...

You could try to cut a slot in it if you have a small cutting wheel for a dremel then you might be able to get them loose with a straight screwdriver , That is if all else fails!

no its an allen key the heads have 6 points which is and allen key. I believe if I'm not mistaken torx have 8 points.

well I've tried all of my key and none seem to work at all. And I'm not going to cut a slot in them beacuse theyre in a bad place and ill cutc trough the case which would suck.

my bad torx is 6. but i assure you these are not torx

EDIT- I agree in the picture it does look like a torx drive but it is not. Its just the angle and the light in the picture.

they sure look like they are starred like a torx ... and a servo from germany ...
especially with the rounded points ... allen screws are not rounded at the points ....

i dont have any torx that size so i can't try i only have the larger ones that i use for automitive use. ill see if i can get to a hardware store and try a small torx. But looking at it looks like it could be either or because the holes are sloppy. But after blasting the holes with nitro cleaner one of them look really like a torx so the others must be. But the others are look like shite like a mix between the bothbecause theys dont look stared.

just from your pic you posted they look starred and the points rounded which tells me they are torx ... like i said i work with them everyday (make torx screws) so from my point here they are torx ...

Go by you local Radio Shack and get a set of precision screw drivers with torx and allen drivers in the set. They should have the micro sizes for small electronics. If you can't find them there, try you LHS.
