I am new to RC. The reason I am getting into it is because I won an O'Donnell 1/8 Z01-B at my local hobby shop in a Christmas raffle.
It was assembled by the shop and they added pro line tires and custom painted the body.
What is the most economical route for me to take? (I also got a bunch of stuff for christmas a Ten T and an Associated 1/10 gas truck)
I was looking around, not knowing what to look for, and it seems just to get a receiver, a couple of good servos, motor, pipe, starter it almost becomes cheaper for me to sell the car and buy a RTR.
I am probably going to just play around and never get real serious racer goin on here so what direction would you experienced types take???
Build it up or sell and get an RTR like the Associated?:\
Thanks for any help
Dwayne

If your just gonna bash, I'd sell it(and everything else) and pick up a Savage. They're tough as nails and the hop ups are endless. For when the custom bug hits ya.

Sadly they are not a very desirable race buggy. If it is all new never ran and assembled, I'd E-Bay it. It will put some extra cash in your pocket for sure. 300 -400 easy. Honestly out of all the cars you have, it will be the most durable.
You could let it sit and buy a part here and there for it.
You could have a nice buggy for another 200-300 easy. RTR's are not the same quality as kit buggy's. kit's are better.
