I got this car as a promo but know zip about buggy type RCs. I am a street/pavement guy for the most part and when I saw this I thought "ugly F1 car, but doable into a Pikes peak racer. Had to do a front spoiler , now I need street type wide, positive offset wheels. BSR racing wheels have too much negative offset and rub on the suspension and steering. Any ideas??

Optima Mid wheels have a deeper offset than my B6.3 and newer Kyosho wheels.

You could go with a set of OTH247 and 248.

They are avail in white and yellow, not sure about black.

Or you could go with a set of rear width all the way around your buggy, front and rear... Use the sexiest wheels Kyosho makes!!!!

White and black avail also.

Schumacher Venom 88 maybe???

I also use Koswork '+2mm' hexs to gain a bit more width over all.

That funky front spoiler may be a bit too wide but it may all fit together like OJ's glove too!

The wheels turn so....should be ok. Funky?, fo-sho!. $7 ebay special!. I thought it may help keep the nose on the ground at speed, then saw a near identical (visually) SBK10 run 100mph with no spioler!

$7?!?!?!?! I hope it included hardware!!!! 🤣

I hope we get to see vids of this Pike's Peak 100mph race for glory or flight (depending on how good the steering is)!!!

I'm thinking a parachute might be a good idea. 😉:thumbs-up:

$7.00 is expensive??. And dude, the 100mph car I was referring to had a huge motor and ESC in it...was not saying mine will do even close to that. My point was he did it with no wing on front.

Bit of heavy sarcasm spread on the $7 outrage. ;)
I would not have recommended the tires or wheels that I did for a 100mph car.
I was just having fun as I am sure you will with that car!
Playing with aerodynamics sounds like it could be a fun project.
$7 is pocket change to invest for a little fun and knowledge. :thumbs-up:😁

All good fun! I think I spent the same for my ugly yellow Optima wing about a month ago.

I own all those tires and wheels too.

I like to joke but I try to steer ppl in a good direction.
I try not to be mean unless (a scammer...) someone is really asking for it.

I'm looking forward to seeing your build and hopefully some running vids too!
