need help charging my tx batteries.

I am using a Tekin BC112 charger to charge my tc batteries. What voltage amp should I use to charge them? The batteries I have are 2100mah ni-mh batteries. ITs been awhile since I charged batteries so I kinda forgot what amp voltage I should use. Is trickle charging necessary for ni-mh batteries?

use 0.5 amps. i have an duratrax intellipeak charger and this is the AMP setting advised
