Do I need a new set of piston and sleeve? Is there a repair service for this?

With the piston being broken and the sleeve damaged I would say you need a new set. There is no way to repair a broken piston that I know of. Others may know something I don't.

To tell you the truth, I'm not sure. I was just cleaning the engine yesterday and I noticed that. Gah, I might as well stick with my electric now.

That piston doesn't really show any signs of overheating by the look and color of it. If I had to guess I'd say it sucked some debris in

Actually, for the piston, I was talking about the chipped side of it.

Edit: Oh, never mind. I didn't know you were replying to johnperdeye's comment.
