i still have to spray the protective coating inside the body, dremel out a couple of holes for the body clips and antennae, and run the grinding wheel around the current holes and edges. i was thinking of cutting out a small section (circled below) for a sort of air induction cooling system ... what do you think ??

Looks solid man

I wouldn't worry about adding any cooling vents. You have a good hole cut for the engine head already. Air will also be forced around the engine from the hole for the fuel tank. You have plent of ventilation as it sits now. You're good to go bud.

thanks man, i think i am gonna have my LHS keep a couple of bodies on hand for me. i had fun doing that one.

If that's your first, that's really great. Just remember, EVERY lid becomes more of a challenge than the last one, since you always want to go one better.
Keep up the good work.

thanks man, i think i am gonna look into an airbrush setup !!

i like it alot. good use of the black line design. very good for a first timer. it can only get better from there =]

thanks guys, my son saw it ... now we have to get a new body for the LST !! lol

I just did my first body on a '72 chevy c10 for a revo 3.3. it came out pretty good, but yours looks like you've been doing this for a long time. The black lines, differing thicknesses, very very nice job man!

That is awesome bobby.

thanks bro, i am debating on if i even want to sell it now !! lol
