Well today Was my first outdoor comp:\ ON my first course I had to go first. an that was fine but 33 sec into my run my motor smoked out on flat dirt? I have no idea why. so I had to take a repair an while I was doing that the guy after me broke a shock right at the hardest part of the course so I had to run is his oil an that stopped me in my tracks all i did was spin. so I ponted out:angry:

On my second course, The place we were at was more dirt than rock so the group before my goup ended up digging some nasty holes that we had to deal with. an it rained A LITTLE SO THE ROCKS WERE SLICK AS SNOT. anyways I made it farther than most but still timed out.

On my third course it was kinda the same dug up dirt problem but I made it 2 gates from the finis an my dam driveline came off AGAIN! so I timed out becaus my front tires locked up.

Anyways sorry about the long post I just figured I would share my first experiance with you guys. Its kinda discouraging to spend all this money an then have orginizers that make courses that almost no one can finish:(

First comps usually go bad lol. Once you get your rig dialed and really get the hang of spotting your lines way in advance, you will do good.

I've found that repairing the rigs is almost as much fun as breaking them. If there were only 3 finishes out of 30, you didn't do badly at all.
