Hey jeep! Glad to see you went with a VERY nice buggy. Had the Hyper7 existed when I bought my Kyosho Buggy I would have definitly gone with that one.
As someone has said the stock radio is fine to get started but when you are ready to upgrade the MX3 is a VERY nice radio.
HiTec makes some nice servos for the price. The 645mg is very popular here amongst us addicts. http://Servocity.com has some good prices on those.
Tapered collar is why breakin is important. Too cold/not enough breakin time = more wear and shorter life span of engine. (I'm not talking 6 months Vs 10 years here but its life span is shortened) but other than that most 2 stroke theories apply.
Did your buggy come with a starter box or did it come with a pull start on the engine? If its a pull start youll be glad for the years of grease monkey calluses on your hands. Using a pull start to break in a .21 engine can be tiresome.
