I picked up an SCX24 C10 from a member on here. I bought a body/chassis kit from MEUS RC and went a bit overboard🤣. At this point I have decided to leave the C10 stock because I like it just the way it is and build a brand new 1/24 from the ground up! Any advise will be greatly appreciated! The only thing I haven't settled on yet is the transmission and motor/esc combo. There are so many options between Furitek, Hobbywing, MEUS, and many more, so input will be appreciated!

Here is what I have to begin with. The 1.2" wheels and tires might be a bit big but may work out since I got the wider axles.

Looking good!
I freakin love Meus stuff. Their prices are very good for what you get.

I've seen a lot of guys running 1.0 tires on the 1.2 wheels for a lower profile tire. Thats always an option.

What are you using for a servo and motor setup?

I ordered a MEUS standard servo.
As for the motor, I ordered the Furitek unitydrive combo

The bigger wheels/tires actually dont look half bad. I definitely need to do some shock adjustments... that baby rides high🤣

It's currently a Monster Mues! You aren't kidding about sitting a little tall. Gonna be a cool rig when you get it finished up. :thumbs-up:

Some like em tall, some like em slammed 🤷‍♂️

Mine just keep getting lower and lower. Yet ground clearance is higher and higher. Strange huh?

The meus builds looking great but your right that sucker is UP there 😆 time to angle those shocks and possibly some shorter springs 😎

Slowly getting there! Boy a 3d printer would be nice! I cut a piece of plastic off an old traxxas battery hold down and used a file and dremel to hollow out a channel I it. The stock velcro mount had to be removed due to the unity 2-in-1 motor. 1 step closer! Now I need to come up with an electronics/battery tray.
